Under this agreement, Eleven Controls will act as the official exclusive partner of SAUTER AG in the specified markets, further reinforcing the availability of advanced building automation and energy management solutions across the region.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Werner Karlen, Chief Executive Officer of SAUTER AG, Philippe Bippus, Chief Financial Officer of SAUTER AG, and Mladen Vukanac, Chief Executive Officer of Eleven Controls.
